Our History
Company Journey

1959

Established In 1959

Founded by Late Shri Bipinchandra Keshavlal Shah, Central Spares & Machinery (CSMC) catered to agriculture, earthmoving & mining machinery parts.

1965-75

Global Expansion

Expanded into Allis Chambers and Russian tractors, later establishing an office in downtown Mumbai.

1977 - 1980

Shaping the Future

At just 22, Mr. Rajen Shah took over the company, steering its focus towards Komatsu, CAT, and Hanomag dozers, in alignment with the Komatsu-BEML collaboration in India.

1985 - 1993

From Imports to Supplying BEML

Secured an import license, becoming a key supplier of Komatsu & CAT components, later supplying gear pumps to BEML.

1995- 2003

First Indian Importer of BERCO Italy

Launched Equipment & Spare Parts (ESP) for aftermarket sales. The first Indian importer of BERCO Italy, and pioneered Komatsu Used Equipment imports. Bought 10,000 sq ft godown to stock products

2004 - 2014

Expanding Horizons with a 4000 sqm Workshop

Priyank shah joined business and entered into used equipment’s repair and reselling. set up a 4000 sqm workshop. Expanded OEM partnerships (NOK, Handok, Uchida, KYB)

2015 - 2019

Strategic Growth

Identified demand for hydraulic parts of Rexroth and Danfoss. Built a nationwide distribution network. Set up manufacturing unit in Belgaum for South India for gear pumps.

2021 -2025

Driving Innovation

Expanded global OEM partnerships (Hengli, Casappa Spa Italy) with plans to enter OEM business & installing hydraulic test bench for after sales support
